haa yg ni last minute cake haha.. customer ni contact zar sehari sebelum birthday anak dia huhu.. dah la esok tu dia nk amik pepagi pkl 8 haha.. hamek.. kelam kabut menyiapkan.. adehh.. alhamdulillah sempat gak..

2D Ultraman Cake
kek ni zar buat masa first time belajar guna fondant.. black bottom cheese cake topped with chocolate ganache.. seriously sedap sbb dlm kek coklat ni ade ketul2 cheese & choc chips hehe.. yg ni zar beli fondant brand Snow Ice.. jgn beli sbb tk bagus ahahaha.. fondant jenis ni mmg murah..(murah tk murah gak la kan, rm18.90 utk 1kg).. fondant jenis ni jd melekit bila lepas letak kt atas chocolate ganache ni.. tp rasanye not bad la.. mcm vanilla skt..
this is the top view.. kalau korg nmpak ade titisan2 air tu sbb kek ni baru keluar freezer eceli..kuikuikui
