Doraemon Birthday Cake!

Doraemon cake ordered by Farra for her nephew's 1st birthday.. actually ni first time zar amik order utk custom cake heheh.. eksperimen gak la sebenornye.. masa dpt order ni rasa mcm tk konfiden lgsung! sbb customer ni siap mms gambar yg dia nk, pastu dia ckp "nak sebijik mcm ni ye"... huwaaa payah tol kalau dpt request gini..tp resultnye alhamdulillah.. fondant tu buat sendiri & made of marshmallow.. zar suka guna marshmallow utk buat fondant sbb sedap, tak keras, & tak kering mcm fondant lain.. surprisingly, customer zar semua suka fondant ni, sbb selalu nye org tk suka fondant sbb tk sedap huhu.. kalau bg org mkn, tgk kt pinggan tu msti org ketepikan kihkihkih.. sungguh membazir! agaknye tu la pasal org selalu request buttercream je kan.. oh btw,kek kt bawah tu ialah rainbow cake with buttercream frosting & strawberry filling.. mmm dap! dap! dap! (kata customer zar la) :P

2D Ultraman Cake

kek ni zar buat masa first time belajar guna fondant.. black bottom cheese cake topped with chocolate ganache.. seriously sedap sbb dlm kek coklat ni ade ketul2 cheese & choc chips hehe.. yg ni zar beli fondant brand Snow Ice.. jgn beli sbb tk bagus ahahaha.. fondant jenis ni mmg murah..(murah tk murah gak la kan, rm18.90 utk 1kg).. fondant jenis ni jd melekit bila lepas letak kt atas chocolate ganache ni.. tp rasanye not bad la.. mcm vanilla skt..
